| Task force on Design for Testability of Micro- and Nano-Systems (MNS) intends to establish itself as a virtual lab with a recognized expertise in the field. Everything that may improve testability of a MNS by an action during its entire lifecycle will be considered. This includes design, development and in-service test. |
The task force is composed of 20 European researchers from six European organisations and is organized in working groups (see research projects) that tackles most of the problems in MNS test engineering. See examples:
