In year1 of the project, the WP2 team are focussing their activities on addressing modelling and simulation research
challenges in the areas of;
- Microfluidics,
- Packaging and Integration
- Damping
There are currently 7 research projects ongoing in these areas.
All projects involve groups of researchers from among the WP2 partners with significant experience in these areas.
Strong emphasis is placed on cross workpackage activities and the modelling teams are working closely with the design and test,
reliability and packaging workpackage groups. The Y1 research projects are;
